With the imminent release of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Beta, you can now see a few videos showing the new functionality.
I particularly like the tighter integration with Outlook. I have always been a big exponent of the fact that Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrates so tightly with Microsoft Office and particularly Outlook. You really can see the improvement here.
