I have also been part of many projects where the foundations of Dynamics CRM have been built on to give solutions for business areas like Medical, Charity and Retail Stock Control, offering a full solution, and I think it’s important to realise that Dynamics CRM can offer a complete package.
Many other CRM packages offer only a limited ability to customise and build on, thus making the potential user change their business processes, rather than the CRM system fully meeting their needs.
