I recently had the privilege to chair a discussion and demo of Dashboards in CRM 4.0 using Report Builder. It was quite a good experience, and I think most people enjoyed it.
I didn't make it particularly technical, as I wanted to convey the theme that it doesn't always have to be difficult to get results.
